Hello LET community,

I'm wondering what's going on with Carstenz Pyramid Server?

I can't reach them here @Mon5t3r nor on their own web page over WHMCS :S.

Made a ticket on the 6th about the same issue we spoke about on LET with @Mon5t3r and still no reply and also no reply to my PM on LET.

Anyone? Any ideas of what may have happened?

    However the site is up.

  • Yes, their page is up but however no one is taking care of support.

  • Usually they reply within minutes because they can access ticket through phone.

  • If they can it wonders me even more why I don't get a reply on both sides.

    He did indeed. My Luxembourgh VPS is working just fine so I'm happy

  • I got a free server from him and everytime I ticket I get response within few minutes. From my experience, he also have another person helping him with tickets too.

    From my experience, he must be sick now...

    Usually he always reply it fast, I wish he don't have any problem with the baby or the healthy. :(

  • Hi, Firstly please accept my apologies, i was having some "technical problem". all my devices (laptop, cellphone, even my usb stick modem) were splashed by rain when i'm renovating my house especially the roof for taking a cyclone narelle preparation. i'll be get in touch with you soon (tonight in my local time).
