  • Budget?

  • Honestly, I would avoid WSI...I never used them personally, but honestly most of the reviews I ever read about them talk about poor tech support, even when their is hardware failure involved.

Check out Joe's Datacenter, OVH, Kimsufi, soyoustart, etc.

Well wholesaleInternet has great prices, and sometimes good services. It varies customer to customer. People have different expectations.

I'm sure some people who use WSI can give you good feedback with their experience.

  • but am also having ovh account their support is also not too good they take too long time to respond tickets

Support ticket responses from OVH are slow on a good day, but phone support has been nothing short of excellent for me.

  • What is your budget? Do you have any location in mind? SoYouStart has an Intel Xeon E3 1245v2 with 32 GB RAM and 3x120 GB SSD for just 40 EUR per month.

I've had them replace failing harddrives in 30 minutes or less, they're very good about replacing hardware.

I've admined multiple machines at WSI before and have not once seen what you're saying. 15-30 minute hardware failure replacements are normal, staff are efficient, just don't expect anything even slightly resembling hand holding.
