maybe related?
I'm also unable to load my servers in the manager.
They had an issue with the manager, it has been fixed now.
scam?!
My hovercraft is full of eels!
And, more serious: It works for me in OVH manager. Maybe you should consider opening a ticket...
Curious question, when you try provisioning a IPv6 is it the same process as the IPv4?
Could this be related? A huge DDoS attack on OVH?

Interesting articles to read
Servers come with /64 IPv6, you can't get more than that. You order more IPv4 manually, that's where the delivery part comes in. What does OP even mean "provisioning" anyways? Ordering IPs works fine, has all week. Maybe moving to different servers?
Interesting.
More like copy/paste tech journalism. OVH manager has always been a bit funny, just wait a few minutes and refresh the page.
OVH recently purchased IPv4 /16 space, it's not the issue with IPv4, simply bug in their control panel.
A little off topic but are all the OVH DDoS articles a new attack within the past couple days or are they talking about the attack from last week (which was also around 1Tb/s) ?
Also, which datacenters were hit? I googled around and none of the articles mentioned any specific regions. They all just mentioned the tweets from the CTO.
