Had a VPS with these folks for several months and the network was horrible. Daily outages, Slow, constant packet loss. Every ticket I opened was closed with a "we took care of it"
I'm sorry to hear about your experience with us. This was the result of DDoS attacks which resulted in short burst of packet loss of a few minutes. Hence the update at the top of the post.
I'd be more than happy to provide you with a free VPS just so you can see how things have improved. Please note that this was only for our Toronto location and our Dallas one has never had these issues.
