Seeking non-OpenVZ European VPS with good peering for name server

I am seeking a Xen/KVM/VMware VPS in Europe for use as a name server. Good peering with other EU countries and reliability are essential. Multiple virtual CPUs and a minimum of state-sponsored surveillance are preferable.
I'm thinking that the traffic will not exceed 500GB/month, and I am not price-sensitive.
Any advice? Thanks.

$3 in France, no traffic limitations, 1vCPU (50% of physical thread) 1GB RAM and 5GB SSD space on a 4Ghz CPU will work fine for you. If you'd like, I can also forward your logs and details to DGSE. Link in my sig

We can offer KVM NVM'e VPS with ultra high speed NVM'e disks. Location: Lithuania. Price for 1 core, 2GB RAM, 20GB NVM'e - 5,22 euro/mo
I can only wonder why none of the providers seems to provide more information about their peering, despite that being mentioned explicitly in the request...
We have a 512 MB KVM VPS in Netherlands starting from 2.99 EUR per month (billed hourly) on a 1Gbps port. We use i3D.net's AS, you can view their peers here or you can try our looking glass here.
Just drop me a PM and I can set you up with a trial first if interested :-)
-edit HostUS only has 3 KVM locations -
