I know this isn't a dedicated option but is cheap seedbox service. I'm using feralhosting for 5 years without any issues. Their cheapest plan is £10/month for 1TB.

Unlimited bw on both. 1 Gbps @ online (more like 250) and 100 Mbps @ Kimsufi
