No argument there. Although, I'm sorry to admit, I have been seduced by the Dark Side and help those looking to relocate their business to greener pastures, specifically Hong Kong - the most business-friendly place in the world, bar none :)

Getting back on topic here: given the less than optimal business environment in Poland, don't expect flexibility or eagerness to accept "complicated" foreign clients by hosting companies there.

    Sprint.pl
1 gbps line with $10 per 10TB as far as i remember. Seriously you wont find better deal per buck. I got from them Xeon 1230v3 with 32 gigs ram, 2x120gb ssd for $59 a month.

    How did you contact them?
My colleague sent several mails to some of the addresses here, but never got an answer: http://www.sprint.pl/contact.html

If you know a contact person there which we can reach directly via e-mail, please tell me his or her e-mail address via a PM!

I am interested in how they did this as well, and while I was looking I found this site https://www.sprintdatacenter.pl/ and I wondered if that is the correct URL? The prices seem very close.

@Hadriel & @dodheimsgard: We contacted info[at]sprintdatacenter.pl yesterday. Hope they will at least give us reply.

What I find strange about sprintdatacenter.pl is that they doesn't seem to have a ticket area, only this site: https://www.sprintdatacenter.pl/contact-us

When we navigate to https://www.sprintdatacenter.pl/panel after having been logged in we see these tabs:

Customer panel | Orders | Invoices and proforma documents | Payments | Profile | Domains

On https://www.sprintdatacenter.pl/support there is also no ticket area.

    Did we overlook something?

  • I will ask people from that company on polish WHT about that problem - @Anthony2016 @Hadriel

  • @Anthony2016
They dont have ticket area, but they reply to emails 24/7 (less than 30 minutes response time from my experience) and you can call them by phone and tech will answer. I had dedis in over 12 DCs and sprint is one of best.

  • I got a trial server through sprintdatacenter.pl and everything went pretty smooth. I got the network configuration from them in email within 30 minutes of submitting the ticket.

However, as people said, 20% VAT was added to the trial price and to the overall renewal price. This brings their overall price up considerably and even though the performance was good I think SmartDC and their resellers offers a value that is better. If it wasn't for the VAT for a non-VAT customer for a lower end i3 similar to what Kimsufi offers, its a pretty solid setup.

Does anyone have experiences with artnet.pl in Gdańsk?
