    Regardless of how inappropriately the customer behaved, these are obviously problems that real providers don't have.

    Who would be so dumb to cancel a customer's account (even refunding only 50% of what was presumably an incredibly inexpensive VPS) after a bad review? It's like the worst publicity you could ever get. You were supposed to correct any inaccuracies, apologize, make it up with 6 months free VPS and move on.

  • The instant I saw the word "legal" I assumed this thread was complete bullshit.
