We all know not to go with you.
CloudFlare rents you their services aswell. Should CloudFlare handle this like you would?

i repeat is not my case here . so if you want to point me in this for any reason is your problem. i write my point of views. and more any hosting have TOS who normaly this kind of user is ignoring
You wrote how you would handle this and I criticized your way of handling it by giving you an example what could happen when others would handle it like that.
let be verry clear .. if you want to put me in a bad host way yes i am , so what is the problem ? If you dont want to understand at least here in Romania the porn child is verry verry prohibided its your problem. Once i detect this in our server we are obligated INSTANTLY TO TURN OFF THE CONTENT AND PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE AUTORITY. What is so difficult to understand ? Or you espect to a host eat shit for a uninteresed guy who put a simple upload page and voila ? No no , is not so easy.
Can you please link to that law in relation to server providers?(Non end user)
Anyone running a image upload site has sadly had to deal with this crap. If your site is kinda big, repeated times very likely.
Any reasonable sysop will immediately delete the content as soon as he is made aware of the situation. For the record, I don't consider more than a few hours of reaction time reasonable for this kind of issue.
@cociu so what you are telling is that the ISP hosting imgur should suspend their services as soon as anyone uploads CP? Because I'm sure it happens daily.
no i dont tell this. I have told if i have recive a notice complain (and the notice normaly is take time until the content is detected and the notice is send to the hoster, have case when the notice is send past months .) i take this actions
