Best VPS for uninterrupted UK-Europe streaming

Hi, I'm interested in a UK-based VPS server to handle regular live data streams, mainly from the UK to Germany. CPU, RAM, disk space etc can be bare minimum, 100GB throughput cap is fine, but the key point is a reliable connection without interruptions, including at peak times. Are there any providers that would stand out?

    If your target audience is in Germany, isn't it better to get a VPS in Germany?

    Perhaps he's wanting to use it as a proxy to view iPlayer or the like, in which case it'd need to be in the UK.

    Also UK to Germany connections are really good, we have good infrastructure, so no really speed difference. Although I think German VPS's would be cheaper, but as @Gary said he most likely wants something like iPlayer.

    xenvz.co.uk is my most stable .uk vps however you can't go wrong also with above mentioned vooservers or evorack - all of them are great hosts with stability above average of low end boxes.
