Payment processors for credit card, and over the phone

Hello
What is the best payment processor that accepts credit cards? Also needs to accept cards over the phone, such like authorise.net and paypal pro virtual terminal.
Stripe chargeback fee sucks and takes 7 whole days, stripe also doesnt accept virtual hosting provider account
Any better alternative?

Does they allow to disable 3D secure verified by visa? Useless invention by visa, users complain it can't be compleated and some spanish CC provider blocks online payments. Stripe works fine
Well 3D secure is to protect you as a merchant. You don't need to implement it with Pro but then you are on the first line for charge backs.
If your users complain they are most likely using stolen cards. Why would they otherwise?
Don't disable 3D secure, and enable address/CV2 verification in Stripe. Anything else is just tempting fate, and you will get chargebacks in a few months time.
the site payolee employs spammers so probably don't use them
