You really don't need a bunch of people to send you random tracerts to understand the networks used by your provider. Look at it in BGP.

There is no Cognetco in the Network and the upstream ASN (Blacklotus) is a complete different network. they have similar uplinks each provider has their own uplinks and network. My whole intention of making the thread initially was to find out if the Prefix 104.255.227.0/24 has anything other then NTT. to prove a point... And secondly how is it just a thread to see what routes people get. It's to prove a point and that was already proved. now I'm having people test the route optimization.
