Hello, im looking for a VPS with at least 1GB ram, virtualization doesnt matter.
Hard drive doesn't matter too, i dont keep logs.
is a dns server with ads block, i use for private use, and some for public. but limited to some ips / country or users with a firewall.
and because is DNS i dont want a suspend because "recursive DNS"

I hope you know what you are doing and are not yet another idiot who just deploys a plain BIND/PowerDNS without any further configuration and without constantly managing it. DNS servers need more than just "apt-get install bind9; nano /etc/named/something.conf; /etc/init.d/named restart", you need to keep watching server logs, traffic logs, need to watch out for attacks that are going on, write scripts to defend against attacks and against people using your server as reflectors, and so on and so forth...

1GB is way overkill for DNS. I have a few 64MB/128MB KVMs running powerdns serving about 30 domains. MCH, Mean Servers, Maximum VPS all have small very affordable plans.
