Stunnel SSH on 443

What does the traffic look like if I stunnel ssh on port 443?
Does it in any way look like normal https traffic on inspection?
Comments
https traffic does, ssh traffic looks like ssh traffic. In my hospital on the free patient wifi all other ports and protocols except http and https (80/443) are blocked. My stunnel https does work, ssh does not.
Yes, you'd get a traffic similar to HTTPS with stunnel.
And, it is SSL encrypted.
So, we can bypass the port blocked (ex 21, 2082, etc) by using stunnel?
Thanks
