Making a test kit (like in the video) how?

If you see this video, the person (and lots other) have made a test kit of a iMax B6 and then using a universal charger they have hooked up to test their battery. (here is another video, using the same iMax B6 and charging device as I have ordered, again, it's seems like they have modified it)

How can I get this... to work with the iMax B6? Can I just use the clamps on the socket, or to I have to tare it a part.

In the video it's seems like the person has taken the socket a part, using only the wire. But will it work with the socket on?

How to I get this to work like in the video when I get the iMax and Charger here?
