    Toothpicks with advertising on them.

  • You can't always put a simple ROI on marketing.

  • Best ROI ever: Good service and happy customers.

As a customer I would prefer good customer service for my repeat business.

If your servers are great but say two months in an issue occurs and you don't respond for a week or it takes two weeks to get a simple request done, ie additional IP or something then I'd pack up and leave.

If however you deal with the request quick and promptly and the servers are good but not great I'd value that much more.

It's more about the whole package really. Yes the package has to fit their needs but the customer service also has to be on point.

    That's my thoughts at least...

@Jar has proven to me that he has excellent customer service and consistently has tried to help me, same with @Jonchun. Both are excellent users who offer great services with even greater customer service.

Well I guess if that was real it proves I am not secretly in Canada as someone suggested in the last 24 hours...

It's cheaper for it not to prove anything if @IThinkUFailed is in UK :)

Wait...do you have some kind of opinion about WHT? We really had no idea.

Please, tell us more. In every thread. On every board.
