Yes, if you have a valid VAT ID or outside of the eu. EU customers (b2c) pay their local VAT.

Hi, I want to give a try to dedifystack, I think it suits my needs but i'm not absolutly sure (mainly because i'm not an expert), so what if I just discover that it is not what i wanted? I won't do any abuse or anything, just make some tests, would be posible in that case to have a refund of the non used money? (30€ - used resources).
