Extra IPs are $12 / year / IP.
Is X allowed? No mass mailing please. Don't really care otherwise, as long as you're not crippling the node. From the terms: "VPS may not exceed a 15 minute load average greater than two times the amount of provisioned CPU cores." I'm not very strict about this so don't worry if the load spikes thrice in a blue moon or whatever.
Will you accept a different payment gateway? I'm working on a Payoneer account right now. If you'd prefer a certain gateway, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
