VPS KVM low price

Hello
i m looking at a cheapest VPS near the server of my Forex broker in London **(live02.mt4tickmill.com, IP = **149.5.84.233) with lowest latency, from 2 to 5 ms
I need KVM with Windows server 2008/2012, 2/4 cores dedicated, 4/6/8 GB RAM

target price $10/12

    2 dedicated cores, 4GB of RAM, KVP - not sure, London... You're looking at multiple times this budget.

    Won't happen. Two dedicated cores, 4 gigs ram, windows server and... 2ms latency (the only way to achieve such a latency is to have the server on the same rack in the same datacenter)... And all that for 12 bucks? No, nope, won't happen.

    P.S. It's KVM, not KVP

    You could always look at @clouvider too when you realize you will need to spend more, they have SPLA so will be able to do a good price on windows KVM's in an HA cloud with the same latency as me (I use them).

    It's quite a bit over budget, but it doesn't seem like you're getting anywhere with it. VMs include Windows license. Latency between 2.0 and 2.8ms.

    He is joking, I said see you in 6 months because that is usually what happens, someone picks the cheapest host they can find, everything is terrible they come back to me within 6 months, he was suggesting it will be less than 6 months :)

    The VPS package which has been mention above all have (Equal Share) , where as the OP need dedicated CPU core .

    I know, we were covering most of the requirement that we could, you don't get 4 dedicated cores for $10.

    I have spoken with the OP in PM, he actually needs dedicated cores
