    And the first OVZ plan is also supposed to have 2 dedicated CPU's?

    KVM is a dedicated CPU we do not restrict, we have several hardware in KVM virtualization and it should be alocated on a E5 or a L5645 or a L5640

    We are not doubling the CPU only RAM and Storage but when it says dedicated you will have a full core dedicated to your VPS
