Is there any VPS which can offer unmetered bandwidth for less than $2 preferably outside US. I need it for torrenting and private streaming.

    Scalway allow torrenting.. i use scaleway specially for torrenting

    yeah i know.. i thought there is no vps with price range like that.. i've never been so wrong
