i'm looking for xen/kvm VPS for webhosting production with Minimum 4cores, 8GB ram, 200GB SSD storage USA location, my budget around $40/month
i prefer to buy from good provider and good support as well

Linode offers almost exactly that for exactly the same amount per month. Great network, uptime, support and reliablity.

96GB instead of 200. If I were you and the disk space wasn't a deal breaker, I'd go with them.

There's also SpeedyKVM V-DEDICATED servers. Insane specs, never used them personally. check out SSD-3, SSD-4, SEA-SSD 33, SEA-SSD 34. They might be able to tweak the plans slightly to fit your needs better.

IMHO, I would take the @GM5 offer. Got a server atm running Windows as a remote desktop and its working very well. Support got my order up and running very fast, and are even reinstalling the OS for me now as Server 16 doesnt work with HyperV on these processors. 10/10
