Why need stuck with Google? There a several other alternatives

Why not just buy shared hosting with unlimited email accounts and setup own domain on it? You can get own GApps even better.
Or use free Yandex or Mail.ru own domain unlimited storage email hosting
gmail has almost the best in spam filtering and very stable throughout the years.
His webmail is really simple and fast in response.
you will have great speed downloading your attachment mostly within your own region.
you still can add alias domain for free.
Changing primary domain needs some little extra effort but possible.
OVH allow thousand email aliases with forwarding with every domain. If need only incoming mail can set up easy and free in seconds.

I have some expired/deleted domains and some of them has 1000 users, but i dont remember which.

what was the problem with the others?
You can simply use a free gmail account then if you already have your emails with your hosting go to gmail settings add your email so you can send and receive with your domain. Will that not help? I suspect if you buy from those guys or pay them to change your primary domain and google find out you will eventually get banned or some thing. Or google might find your IP and block all of your emails
