CloudFlare and OVH do not stack.

Layer

1) Become provider
2) Post ultimately cheap offer
3) Post test IP

If you can't become provider just try hackforums

Im working on some CMS Pen Testing and counter measures... Also, wanted to test the DDoS mitigation on some of my servers before migrating clients over.
