Sounds fishy. Who the hell gives a dedicated server with cPanel for less than a cPanel license?

They seem to be previously operating under a speed.net.tr domain. They're at least a registered company. There are posts and comments about them dating back to 2013-2014. Looks like the company changed hands in 2013. They hold speed.com.tr and speed.net.tr domains as well and .net.tr domain is given to those who're registered as an isp OR who does hosting etc.
Also, Turkey has their own DMCA like copyright laws and organizations which I assume are in close ties with US as well... Even if they don't have it, it's not worth a shot. You'ld better talk to the host before buying.
They seems really, unbelievably cheap.
The internet and electricity in Turkey is expensive and you're most likely to get quoted by the DC $120~130 for a single 1U server with a shared 100mb, considering you're getting it from one of the cheap ones.
Still, even if they cram the server with users, considering a cPanel license is at least $13, you're getting Dedicated Intel Xeon 2 CPU Cores (2x2,4 Ghz), Free CPanel License, 8 GB dedicated RAM, 40 GB SSD, 100 Mbps unlimited bandwidth for $6...
Too cheap for Turkey I'ld say.
