We can not list every plan specs in the title, that's why we used " - " between openVZ and Xen, You can get the OpenVZ with 512 MB Ram and 512 SWAP for 10$ or 1GB XEN for 30$ a Year

Yes, you can renew next year with the same price, the reason that we disabled recurring discounts is a WHMCS technical issue, We are working with WHMCS to fixes it but for now we can do that manually till WHMCS fix that issue

It's not a twisted word, i tried to explain as much as i can and yes it's a recurring price for next year and the year after as long as you will renew the same plan

It looks like their billing has been fixed, so the price is truly recurring for now even with Contol Panels included Yearly 1GB Xen plan with сPanel/ISP costs $30/yr for example, @HostSailor you might want to fix this.
