Hey,
I was wondering how much people would be willing to pay for a VPS managment service? Basically a service designed to provide full or partial management to self managed vps plans.

I don't think you're asking the right crowd, most of us know how to manage our VPSs ourself.
For low end boxes, it just doesn't make fiscal sense to pay someone to manage them. Most of us use low end boxes pretty much for that reason - we don't need someone to manage it, and we don't want to spend a lot of money.
