Best ArubaCloud location (network speed/ping)?

Hello LE(S)Bians,

I am planning to get an Arubacloud sometime soon, but I'm not sure which location to get. I've heard that several datacenters are extremely slow/high ping.

I intend to use the Aruba as a VPN and some basic web hosting (static stuff).

What DC shall I get?

Thanks!
