Easy to work with and customizable
Key Points of Host:
- Pre-sales was able to build me a custom VPS package
- Pre-sales was informative and knowledgeable
- Pre-sales was quick to reply and friendly
- Service was stable (good up time)
- Low ping time
- Zero packet loss
- Little to no downtime
My expectations:
- Reasonable server load (not perfect, but reasonable)
- Easy access to control panel (and / or SSH)
- Quick and friendly customer service
- Customer service which will resolve issues (or at least make a valid attempt & not brush me off with a "script" response)
- An agreeable Terms of Service for possible mild adult content (limited, not porn)
- An acceptable budget

Full Commentary Review:
My first concern was that they were (are) new. This is always a sign of caution to me. And if anyone think about looking into them, keep that in mind. But new doesn't always mean bad. In fact I've been surprised at the level of support and response time to my inquiries. But it is something in the back of my mind that I always remember (that's just me).
While they offer shared hosting, I was surprised that they seem willing to customize plans. I was able to talk them into a small VPS. Although they seem to specialize in shared and resell accounts (from my understanding). And they were flexible in the packaging and price.
Support has been quick to reply and very friendly. One of those few host who call you by name, but also has manners in that they use the words; "please, thank you, and sorry". I respect people who can use those in support.
Only been with them for 3 months so far. Will need to follow up.

Since you asked.... You don't currently offer a 2Gb Ram plan. Depending on which site I decide to host, this can be needed at time.
Your TOS would prevent forums in general. Mostly because of nude content requirements. But this isn't always required when seeking hosting.
Maybe I'm missing something, but upon visiting this "xF Host" it appears they only do cPanel hosting.. Your review claims VPS..

Edit for clarification: While you said that you "talk[ed] them into a small VPS," that wouldn't make sense for a shared provider. They aren't going to convert a node to virtualization and waste resources on one customer.

Was a general comment on what we typically, but not always need. Generally speaking, 2 GB is what we require. Although not always.
I often review all my host at once. It's easy to do it that way.

I actually do have a few here which I maybe looking into at a later time. I usually wait at least 3 - 6 months, before doing a review... Unless I jump ship for a reason and then its normally ASAP on the host in question.
