I think it's an one man show and he's too use to handle everything. Rather than leave the ticket there, you should communicate with your clients and at least tell them what's going on. My ticket has been unanswered for a month already, it's not urgent but I still would like an update from you rather than just setting it to On Hold and no replies from you whatsoever. It really takes 2 seconds to insert a predefined reply.
MSPNick helped me quite a lot and now I have a stable box. thanks.
