Hosted agent-based monitoring?

Anyone have recommendations for hosted agent-based monitoring solutions?
By this I mean not StatusCake, NodePing, etc. where they're looking from the outside. I mean something with an agent that can report on a process being down, a disk filling up, errors in logs, etc.
Like Zabbix, Nagios, etc....only as a hosted service.

New Relic Infrastructure, not cheap though
Found, and starter playing with Monitis today..

Nagios
NixStats
+1 New Relic.

Monitis is pretty great, but not exactly cheap.
NodeQuery
Nagios works perfectly fine.
I used NodeQuery before had a lot of false positives with it so I wouldn't personally recommend it. NixStats is also pretty good used it for over a year until I summoned up the strength to finally buy Nagios.
Nixstats serves well vs. cloudstats that had many false positives.
If you are not too concerned about the pricing:

are all great. I personally prefer ServerDensity.
