We utilize a custom control panel that allows full control of your VPS. A new version was just released and it allows you to manage power, view resources, control DNS, maintain a firewall, and more! Private networking is also supported and if you have a public cloud (resource bundle) you can create and destroy KVM virtual machines on demand.

Upon ordering you are able to choose from many different operating systems to install on the service. These include CentOS, Ubuntu, FreeBSD, Fedora, Debian, Turnkey Linux, and Windows Server options. These services are automatically setup upon payment. Additional IPv4 addresses are priced at $1/month per IP. IPv6 addresses are provided free of charge.

    How do you find running LXC in a shared hosting environment? I was under the impression LXC was not fit for this type of hosting due to not being isolated enough. Mind you this was a year ago and it may have progressed since then.

    @trewq Your concern is understood. We have had zero issues with LXC thus far. We just started offering it over OpenVZ but we've been working with it internally since June. It is better suited for this environment at this point. As we have already addressed, our LXC containers are unprivileged.

    LXC is quite safe in production, we haven't done extremely extensive testing but so far LXC with OpenNebula has shown to be secure on the level of OpenVZ.

    Of-course ensuring that you are always updating to the latest release with critical patches can also help mitigate issues.
