PM me Please tell me your thoughts about this

  • Do you charge VAT on top of this if purchasing from inside the EU?

What's your DDoS mitigation capacity? And what datacenter are you in?

    Are you sure?

Hello, we get those ips from our datacenter and we configure them with solusvm. So we have lot of ip addresses. Your vps is connectable. And Looking Glass ip address and yours are on same datacenter, so you don't need to worry. We have answered you in ticket.

    Regards

I haven't selected to pay annually, but I still want to know how you will solve those "bug users" @DediByte

  • There is a bug, if you enter the promo code in yearly payment,

Already bought the annually bug plan as $6, my friend told me that you told him you would offer the "bug users" as the paid. Maybe this is just your promotional program?

This is just a bug, please do not seriously

So, ignoring questions, claiming different routes for "security purposes" without elaborating on what you believe you're making more "secure" that way, and a bug in your billing panel where you have to ask people not to abuse it, rather than fixing it.

This is not a good start.

  • Hello,

We are aware of the bug and are in the process of rectifying the issue. This was caused by accidental miss-configuration of the coupon code which did not specify the term in which was allowed. (which is one month)

The process of recitation will include migrating all users who selected an annual term to a monthly term, this change will only affect orders affected by this bug.

    Our Sincere Apologies,
    The DediByte Team

Through BUG Cheap to get VPS transactions, how will you deal with ?
    @DediByte
Someone bought it for $3 a year and is in use. But for other people to buy is absolutely not fair, and hope that this is not a carefully designed plot!

  • Fair or not does not exist, people need to pay for their mistakes

  • British freighter rollover occurred in the early years of the accident, collision and some containers out of the box, even a luxury car like a Ferrari, some citizens will sail dragged up the car, of course, morally this should not happen, but if you drag the car back it is yours.

    Your opinion is really funny

I started reading this as if it was one of those spam posts about rolexes etc

I think if you can't accept the annual contract, even though it's a bug, you'd better cancel the pending services and make refund, should not just unilaterally modify the contract to monthly in whmcs if customers can't accept this.

  • I asked for a refund, still no response, service is also pending...

  • @DediByte

I asked for a refund, still no response, I have already stated several times in tickets that I don't need the service anymore, in order to avoid misunderstanding, and the service is still pending now, so please kindly cancel it and don't provision it, and since you said it's a bug, I can understand it and since I haven't used any of your service, so please kindly give me a refund.

He also promised to give me a free VPS before, the reality is I did not get anything
It is hard to imagine a carefully designed story

Spoke to the Owner today. If you thought you were getting a VPS for $3 a year, or $6 a year you're a fool... This bug has caused big damage to the companies PayPal and majority of the users who exploited this are Chinese. Says a lot about Chinese people to be honest.

Also, all the outstanding VPS's that don't have PayPal disputes are being created right now. Any that have disputes on Paypal will be terminated/suspended as necessary.

The delay with tickets is caused by 400 tickets being responded to by staff there and 200 outstanding orders being processed.

Give them time. I'm hosted with them and have had no issues.

  • I got the refund.
