I've not seen that issue with Linux or Windows VMs.

I use Windows OS on my virtual machines. However when I connect to the console, the mouse courser are not moving?

Is there any additional step I have to do before entering the console mode?

That looks like a different console. Are you sure you have the latest version?

Yes this is the latest update 4.2

Yes this is the latest update 4.2

No, it is not. The latest is 4.3

They updated the console since 4.2.27. Now, option bar is vertical. The latest version is 4.3.1

OT: I would switch that manu back to horizontal immediatelly if I knew how to do it!
