  • Just ordered one with 120 GB SSD and it seems it has enterprise class DELL Intel DC S3500 160 GB - hurray ;)

    No BIOS bugs on these - it's pure SuperMicro enterprise class hardware. No setup fee on Xeon models only on Atoms.

    setup fee removed, i just pay 1.83 euro for c2750

    and 5 euro for e3 1230

    Disk is INTEL SSDSC2BB160G4T so made by DELL, SATA2 only (Dell limitation). 13116 Power On Hours.

     Timing buffered disk reads: 752 MB in  3.00 seconds = 250.27 MB/sec
    

    CentOS 6.8 works

    Kimsufi 4C has a CPU with the score of 5200, 33816 has a CPU with score of 3900 or something. So if CPU is important, the choice is Kimsufi.

    No setup fees! Actually this is the dedibox xc 2015, just 6€ cheaper, and without the setup fees :)
    Mine delivered in 2 minutes! They charge proactive (just ~1,5€ until the end of the month). Kudos, online.net (the server is excellent, I am very pleased with my existing C2750 server with them)!

    Thanks for the heads up on this one @Spacedust, can cancel some old/cheap online boxes and get proper E3 machines.

    Hmm my server is showing me unavailable, while it has been delivered, not able to ping it either.
