You want offers similar to that of a company that just went out of business because their offers were not sustainable? Isn't that just asking for problems?
I don't think that any provider would be willing to meet many of the deals that EvoBurst/VirtWire offered. It was fun while it lasted.
In that case, you do yourself a favor and start another discussion looking for hosting company to replace your virtwire replacement.
Check Hostodo, though not exactly the same, but quite similar.
