    How come this need to specifically be a KVM Virtual Server and not a stand-alone dedicated? Any particular reason?

    I could hook you up with a dedicated in the UK within your budget, there's not too many budget locations outside of your requirements.

    Apart from 10TB BW Prometeus's Custom KVM in NL/RO looks close to what you are looking for.

    You are supposed to be more accurate when it comes to peoples requests I guess. Don't you see that 4GB RAM and 2 CPU cores are reqired at least mate?

    I saw but maybe that's not hard requirements and VM with less RAM and CPU and more HDD will be ok for requester.
