My server's network does not allow me to completely test the provider's advertised speeds, but they are definitely doing better than the speed you are getting from OVH.

If I am reading the rules correctly, this is what you have to constantly maintain and can be checked by members, not just the admins. It is us that are purchasing services after all.
OVH's 10Gbps offering is only guaranteed for inbound and internal network, you have a 500Mbps limit outbound with a temporary burst of either 1Gbps or 3Gbps depending on which server model they have specifically, advertising as 10Gbps would leave customers to believe it's 10Gbps outbound as well as inbound which is far from the truth, even if they purchase more guaranteed bandwidth with OVH you can only purchase a maximum of 3Gbps outbound guaranteed currently.
It's not with OVH directly, it's from a reseller.
