Cheap UK NAT VPS options (other than i-83/quadhost)?

I have a London (LDN-256) VPS from i-83/quadhost but recently I've been getting very poor speeds to NY or other US locations, in the order of 200-500KB/s. Using lookingglass pages for their other locations speeds are much faster, e.g 2-3MB/s+ from other EU locations.

I've tried filing a ticket but they don't see any issues on their end, and it's not isolated to just my ISP, so I'm looking for a comparable option in the UK.

Prefer 500gb+ bandwidth, other specs don't matter too much.

    They do, it's only 200gb transfer though which is a bit too low for me.

    Is your ticket still being worked on or is it closed?

    I know we have bugged a few upstream's to update preferred routing recently but that was mainly for UK based ISP's.

    I actually just got a new reply (after a couple of days) to my ticket about the same time I posted here, so it's still being worked on.

    Quadhost says all is fine on their end, waiting for an escalated ticket with my ISP now. Although can someone else in the US (East coast or anywhere really?) test downloading from: http://lg-ldn-uk.quadhost.net/

    That's going to get a free upgrade to 400GB soon on UK LES.

    Interesting, can you get an MTR from there to your VPS IP?
    I've tried from 2 different ISPs here in NYC and get slow speeds from both for the past 3-4 weeks.
