Worldstream has Dell servers like that. You shouldn't use hardware RAID though.

Are you storing your data on the RAID10 or on the SAN?
What apps are you running that require 2x this configuration? This config will easily run 4 or more performance VMs. If you are doing this for redundancy you want the data on the SAN and not on the R10.
SAP Hana Business One ERP has in memory database and have certain requirements. You can't use storage SAN unless from HP, Dell, EMC. local storage on server is fine.
