Server for VPN service in Russia needed

We are looking for a small dedicated server (Intel Atom, Dual Core or similar with 2 GB RAM) in Russia to which we can bring our /24 subnet for a BGP session.
A shared gigabit uplink with 15 TB of monthly traffic would be fine.
We would like to pay in Bitcoins.
