For the Indonesian VPS, you will hardly find at $2 or $3. Most of provider here will charge you $7 or $15, but if you fine with NAT+OpenVZ+500GB Bandwidth, then go to whplus.net

you need ip that show particulars country or you need the service in the country. i can offer you with ip show philipines, taiwan, vietnam, hk, malaysia n singapore but physical server host at hongkong n singapore. Of cause, the price will be slightly higher
actually, yes, all we need is that the geoIPs are showing that the IPv4 location is in a specific country and the actual server doesn't have to be in that location... I should have specified that originally... I will PM you when Im back in the office.. thanks
