    If you don't trust them, don't use their software. Period.

    WHMCS is great software but, hey! Everyone and everything can be hacked ;)

    It is much better now then before all the vulnerabilities were found awhile ago. They switched to using Laravel which is state of the art for databases now a days.. I have been doing some development with it and really loving it.
