RIR whois will be first source. Wondering what would be the source of Information like Company Website, Company Looking Glass associated with an ASN.

Are there any public records or pieces of information other than RIR whois which gives authoritative information like Website, Looking Glass URL, Traffic etc.. associated with ASN. I can see bgp tool from HE and many other tools give Website, Looking Glass URL, Traffic etc related to an ASN. Will this information be available to them through RIRs ?
