No any reputable provider will take you and ignore complaints. I believe you can find some underground companies with real ignoring complaints ( not playing games with "offshore" providers, lol ) but be ready to pay very high price. High risk - big money. No one will take a risk for few cents...
There is a place to host copyrighted content: Ukraine. Hosting there is a bit more expensive though.
