    @tommy thank you but hostinginside seems way over my budget for such low specs.

    @BlaZe any discounts on those Taiwan plans? A little skeptical on the speed at 10mbps...
    Perhaps a 2-3 days trial for testing?

    I believe Rackmine fits this, however, they are out of their least expensive package which fits into LET limits. I have however had a server with them since 01/22/2015 and have not seen any downtime in the time I have had the server. I have not taken full advantage of the network connection a lot, but when I do it delivers the 2000kb/sec international bandwidth that is promised.
