I've been on a 5USD/month plan at leaseweb for the past 4 months but they are terrible. Very bad experience with their support staff. They have played tricks to get me to miss automatic payments, by manually disabling them 3 times now. The first time they slammed me with a $145 late fee. I'm looking for a replacement asap. When I told them this they kicked me off their plan and disabled my server w/o any warning. Totally unprofessional over at leaseweb.net
The above specs are my ideal configuration...Unmetered is nice to have, but must be in the 4TB+ range if not unmetered.

Actually LeaseWeb offers one of the most affordable high traffic KVM with fairly big SSD disk space in NL, their servers are also quite realiable to my knowledge.
Take a look at LiteServer.nl, and don't forget to check their website header where discount code is situated. If you budget is about $5/m, disk size is going to be less than 60GB.
Your budget is not really reasonable for 1Gbps unmetered. Such amount of traffic is much more expensive, unless you don't mind to share the uplink with many others :-)
Better to look for an offer with metered bandwidth so you have at least some bandwidth guarantees.
You might want to take a look to our "storage" or "traffic" line KVM/OpenVZ plans. We currently have a 15% off coupon to make these plans even more affordable. All our plans up to 1GB ram (using the coupon) will beat your 9 euro deal :-).

The traffic line of our VPS plans comes with twice the amount of bandwidth compared to our storage plans, but has less storage. If you need a lot of traffic you might want to take a look at these as well.
