Should be able to push 10Gbit no problem to:

    Tele2: http://speedtest.tele2.net/
    Serverius: http://speedtest.serverius.net/
    LeaseWeb: http://mirror.leaseweb.com/

You could try speedtest.tele2.net (use Kista mirror)

Their test servers are on 10Gbps ports.

    Leaseweb test files maybe? (http://mirror.leaseweb.com/)

    i3D Test Mirror maybe?

    Also use wget -O /dev/null

With such amount of port speed you might not get accurate reading using wget/curl.
What I usually do with 1G+ port speeds is running a "IPERF" test. Much more accurate results.
Some ISP / speedtest servers offer an iperf based speedtest but you'll have to look around to find one being able to do 10G.

In case you want to do a speedtest using wget/curl. I'd recommend to download the file to /dev/null so your disk I/O won't become a bottleneck. With wget you just add " -O /dev/null "
