KS - 2E for Rent

K4Y5K4Y5 Member

I recently switched from the KS-2 servers to the discounted KS-2E servers that I bought during the flash sale for backups. Now, the older server (Same specs, 2TB drives @12EUR/Mo with VAT) are lying unused, as they are already paid for, until the end of this year - 3rd week of December, to be precise.

In case anyone is interested in renting 2 of these servers at 12EUR/Mo each on a quarterly basis, just let me know. I think this is a pretty good deal, as the regular KS-2E servers cost 14.99EUR + Set Up Fees + Taxes these days.

Again, the reason is quite simple to comprehend. I paid for these servers annually, and have no use for them anymore. So, I'd like to recoup some of my losses, and offer a better deal to anyone who is interested at the same time.

I'll install your OS of choice, and pass on the SSH login details, which you may later change. I can accept both BTC & PayPal.

Let me know in case anyone is interested. Thanks.

    No takers?

Maybe I'll just start a hosting company offering cheap DMCA ignored storage servers with NATed v4 and dedicated v6 IPs along with some epic DDoS protection and over-committed resources.

Does OVH care about DMCA stuff? Sounds they ignore it from what you stated above :)

I don't think they care about DMCA. Maybe if you start uploading stuff at TPB/KAT and leak the next season of GoT, they'd probably pass on any complaints they receive to you.

Apart from that, they're just a solid, stable host with a decent network who let their customers RIP in Peace :P

Just use the KS4C as a seedbox running the public torrent cuz I can't find another way to make it become useful (not typical copyrighted stuff but still copyrighted), thank you for your advice dude :)

  • Kimsufi ignore dmca, they ignore my tickets too.

Think the marked for Kimsufi servers is low now. Just the last 2 days 1200 KC-3C servers was sold both with i5and 16GB RAM for €8,99.
Before that 600 KS-2E servers was sold for 7,99. And before that again the KS-4C, all for under the price you want for your servers. This is why you don't pay upfront for a long time.
