External mail server for cPanel server?

I would like to setup external mail server for my cPanel server.. all websites on it should be using mail from external mail server.

Can any one guide me how to setup this?

you could use exim smarthost to route all local (cPanel) mail server traffic to another mail server. That's what we do with Spam Experts for example.

Will it work for whole server automatically or we need to setup each account manually?

smarthost can work either way, depending on the configuration.

You can map server -> server, or particular account -> particular account on another server

Bro do you know how can we change from server name from https://goo.gl/KuJw3g their name to our name?
